These places are far apart, so they are normally added to a pilgrimage already going that way: Santarém with Fátima, O Cebreiro for those walking the Camino from further east than Sarria, Legnica with a route through Lower Silesia and Wrocław. Legnica is not near Kraków.

Spain, France, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands have many other local traditions, some with churches that still keep a relic and some known only from chronicles. The exhibition St. Carlo Acutis designed lists them country by country. It is catechesis that gathers reported Eucharistic miracles of differing status, and a place in it is not a Church judgment on each one; its own preface says that a Christian is not obliged to believe in Eucharistic miracles.

Before travelling for any of them, check what the local diocese says about the site and whether the church is open to visitors.
